Drawing the Cultural Landscape
In close co-operation with EPCL the class 3C of Backaskolan in Grevie in the municipality of Båstad has undergone a project on the cultural landscape during springtime 2002. The children were 9-10 years old. The main goal was that the children should express their own ideas about the cultural landscape and what is important for them in their cultural landscape. After an introduction from Gunilla Roos and Marianne Orsander about cultural landscape as an idea - the children started the actual work. They made drawings and took photos of places and features they feel attached to and they also wrote short descriptions to go with the pictures.
