Beer Soup

You need:

1 litre of milk

1/2 litre beer

1,5 dl sugar

3 eggs

5 slices of dried bread

 

Whip the eggs with sugar, add beer and boiling milk.  Heat the soup until it thickens.  Pour on bread crackers.  Serve chilled.
